No changes on measurements...no loss of weight. I'm disgusted but not giving up. I can't! Recently we bought a heart rate monitor to help me stay in my targeted zone which is 113-131. You have to stay there for at least 22 mins, 3x's a week. This is only day two using it.
Still doing water but no so much on the weekends because were usually out and I don't want to be going to the bathroom every 10 mins in public. I HATE public toilets, don't you!?!
