Fiance is away and I've been able to ease off of the late meals. We usually can't seem to eat any sooner than 6:30-7:00. I hate it. My stomach feels better if I can eat around 5pm. So that's what I've done.
And I have been able to have big yummy salads for dinner full of olives, cheese, avocado, nuts, hard boiled eggs. I've really enjoyed that! And I've drank more water this week than I have in a long time.
64ozs through out my day...(approx. 14 hours).
I weighed in at 140.4 and if I can get to 139 by March 31st then I will have lost 6lbs for my first month. And that's great with me. No, it's not 10 but I'll take it. I do need to up the ante for April tho' Need to bring the heat a bit more.
I took the week off of exercising so I could spend more time with some serious spring cleaning (see other blog)
Sunday we'll be doing a LOT of walking around the tidal basin in DC looking at the beautiful cherry blossoms.
